Tools are made from silicone rubber (RTV) using Rapid Prototyping masters. You obtain up to 20 identically ashaped castings of PU resin from each soft tool. By means of this technique you can test product properties and proove the effects of colours and surfaces.

By fitting the models into metal-filled epoxy composites, we manufacture injection molds for some hundreds of parts made of plastics. These models are of a special importance for testing the component's functions in close accordance to the serie.

With the help of high speed milling we manufacture pre-series' injection molds for some thousands of plastic components. With these components, identical to the serie, you can proove accurately the properties of the product.

By coating the models with ceramics and sand we receive a casting mold to be used in the classic precision casting process. According to the material, aluminium or titanium, you can receive a couple of serial identical metal parts. The number of items is only limited by economical aspects.
