Rapid Prototyping models are made layer by layer, that means not by removing but adding material. The procedure is based on a 3D CAD model, that is sliced into thin layers by arithmetical means. Some specific prototyping devices generate these layers physically and join them to a three-dimensional model. The techniques we apply are based on the same principle but differ concerning the way of layer generation and material.

3D PRINTING
By injecting a fluid binder into a powder, layers are generated. To increase their properties and solidity we infiltrate our models with wax or epoxy resin. These 3D printing models are especially worth the price. |

STEREOLITHOGRAPHY
The layers are generated by a laserbeam that hardens a photo-sensitive epoxy resin. Our stereolithographic models reproduce exactly all details of the CAD file and provide high quality surfaces. |

LASER SINTERING
Laser sintered layers are built up by melting of thermoplastic powder and its resolidification. Our sintering models are high loadable and provide good mechanical properties. |

FUSED DEPOSITION MODELING
Prefabricated filaments made from thermoplastic materials are processedby means of a heated nozzle. Our FDM-models are highly loadable. They show a layered surface structure caused by the extrusion. |
